Union Building Storm

I was about 3km away from the union building shooting at 400mm. Because its the only clear view of the union buildings I could find but the longer focal length helps to compress the scene and brings the lightning and building closer together.

Moonlight shaddows

Early morning at Rietvlei dam the Moon was still in the sky and the clouds from the cold front that passed through in the sky create a beautiful scene on the opesite side from the sunrise
